Family Connections

Sometimes a family needs someone who can meet them where they are, listen to what is happening, and help them work through challenges without judgment. Family Connections is a free, confidential, home-based prevention program that supports families while children remain safely at home.

Through therapy, counseling, advocacy, and help navigating community resources, staff work alongside families to reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and address the issues affecting their stability. Families build practical tools and stronger support systems that help them manage challenges together and create a safer, more supportive environment for their children.‍ ‍ ‍Top ⌃
