Tiffany McFerrin

Based in New York City, Tiffany McFerrin is a master talent assessor and performance coach, focused on C-suite leaders in both publicly traded companies and private-equity-backed management teams. She operates independently under the name Solstice Talent Advisory, leveraging her prior experiences as Co-Founder of Green Peak Partners and Assessment Practice Leader at ghSMART. Most recently, Tiffany served in-house at Citadel on the leadership team of its Ashler Capital business, where she focused on cultivating talent and culture as key strategic levers. Over her two decades as a human capital consultant, she has assessed more than 750 executive-level candidates and coached dozens of leaders and teams to higher performance.

Tiffany draws on her backgrounds in mathematics, business, and behavioral and neurological psychology to bring a disciplined, analytical approach to what is often considered “the soft stuff.” She works with senior investors and corporate leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational performance, and is known for her candid style, systems thinking, and focus on lasting business impact.

Tiffany began her consulting career at the Boston Consulting Group, before which she taught mathematics at a boarding school. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with honors in mathematics from Duke University. She lives in New York City with her two sons and their pampered rescue cat.
