Patrick Lewis is a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he focuses on advising clients on public and private mergers, acquisitions, dispositions (including auctions), joint ventures, capital raising transactions and corporate governance.

Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies (International) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, both with First Class Honours, and with the John George Dalley Prize for first place in the final year of graduate law. He also graduated with a Master of Laws from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a James Kent Scholar.
