Juan Jimenez, CPA, is an experienced financial leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in accounting and nonprofit finance. As Chief Financial Officer of Catholic Guardian Services, he is responsible for overseeing the organization’s overall financial health, supporting its mission-driven programs, and ensuring long-term fiscal sustainability.

With a deep understanding of New York State’s complex nonprofit funding environment, Juan specializes in managing diverse revenue streams, strengthening internal controls, and upholding the highest standards of financial transparency. His expertise in U.S. GAAP, budgeting, and auditing enables him to develop strategic financial plans that allow the organization to expand its impact while maintaining accountability.

Prior to his current role, Juan served as an Audit Manager at a large CPA firm for over nine years, where he built a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. Throughout his tenure at Catholic Guardian Services, he has held multiple leadership roles, each contributing to his comprehensive knowledge of the organization and ultimately preparing him to serve as Chief Financial Officer.

Juan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant. He is passionate about using his financial expertise to support and strengthen programs that serve vulnerable populations.

Outside of his professional work, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and working on home improvement projects.
