Emily Nguyen Grimbacher
Executive Director, Perella Weinberg Partners

Emily Nguyen Grimbacher is an Executive Director at Perella Weinberg Partners, where she focuses on the Consumer & Retail sector. Her experience spans a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, cross-border transactions, and corporate carve-outs.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2022, Emily was most recently a Vice President at Morgan Stanley. She began her career in 2013 at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Emily earned a B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating cum laude.

She serves as Investment Committee Chair of the Board of Catholic Guardian Services and is a member of its Executive and Finance Committees.

Emily resides in New York with her husband and cavapoo.
