Dabie Tsai

Dabie Tsai is the CEO of Siegfried Advisory and leads the firm’s vision and strategy while driving growth, elevating client service and quality, strengthening operational excellence, and fostering talent development. With 30 years of global leadership experience, Dabie is a results-driven executive known for delivering impact and inspiring high performing teams.

She previously spent 23 years with KPMG and as a Global Lead Audit Partner, served some of the world’s largest and most systemically important financial institutions. Dabie then held senior leadership roles at PE-backed national advisory firms, including serving as Senior Managing Director and National Accounting Advisory Practice Leader at Riveron Consulting, and as West Region Leader and San Francisco Office Managing Partner at CrossCountry Consulting.

Dabie brings deep capital markets transactions expertise, sharp financial acumen, and a proven track record of driving P&L growth and transformative organizational impact. She is a dynamic and resilient leader of high integrity who accelerates strategic growth, elevates organizational excellence, and develops high-performing teams. A builder and a strategic problem solver, she consistently delivers meaningful and lasting results.

Dabie graduated from the University of British Columbia and is a licensed CPA in both New York and California, as well as a Canadian Chartered Accountant.

Dabie also serves as a board member and audit committee chair of the Park Avenue Armory. She was previously a long-time board member and audit committee chair of Oxfam America.

Dabie is a global citizen with international business perspectives and recognized excellence for enterprise value creation. Having lived in five countries on four continents, she is fluent in English, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.

Dabie resides in New York City and enjoys international travel, ballet, and reading.
