Dabie is the CEO of Siegfried Advisory, a national financial, accounting, tax and leadership advisory firm. She was previously a Global Lead Audit Partner with KPMG for 23 years, a Senior Managing Director and the National Accounting Advisory Practice Leader with Riveron Consulting, and the West Region Leader and San Francisco Office Managing Partner with CrossCountry Consulting. Dabie brings 30 years of global leadership experience with deep capital markets transactions expertise, financial acumen, proven P&L growth success and transformative organizational impact. Dabie is a global citizen with international business perspectives and recognized excellence for enterprise value creation, having lived in five countries on four continents, and fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese.

Dabie is also a board member and the audit committee chair of the Park Avenue Armory organization, and was previously a long-time board member and audit committee chair of Oxfam America. Dabie lives in New York City.
