Richard Harding
Managing Director, Moelis & Company

Rich Harding is a Managing Director and Head of the US Private Equity Solutions and Healthcare Services teams at Moelis & Company. Rich is also a member of the Management Committee.

Rich has over 25 years of combined investment banking experience specializing in advising public and private companies, financial sponsors, alternative asset managers and family offices and their founders on portfolio optimization. He also has significant experience originating and executing a wide variety of corporate finance transactions including M&A, leverage buyouts, recapitalizations and other equity and debt transactions.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rich worked in the Global Healthcare Group at Citigroup and its predecessor firm Salomon Smith Barney.

He received a B.A. in Economics and Government from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.

Personally, Rich is married to his wife Lauren and has three boys. They live in Westchester, NY.
