Hugh is Co-CEO of Carey Brothers & Company ("CBC"), leads firmwide strategy and oversees service delivery across the firm’s consulting business including transaction services, performance improvement, and interim management practices. With more than two decades of leadership experience across healthcare, finance, and public service, Hugh partners closely with GPs and C‑suite executives to support value creation across the investment lifecycle. He brings deep experience advising investors and management teams on restructuring, portfolio strategy, operating performance, M&A execution, and organizational transformation. Hugh has held senior executive including CEO, CFO, CTO/CRO and board‑appointed roles throughout his career, providing him with a results‑driven perspective grounded in execution to drive sustainable value creation.
