Managing Director, PJT Partners

Catherine Lake is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York. She advises clients across the healthcare sector on a broad range of strategic and financial priorities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and strategic partnerships. She joined PJT Partners in 2016. Prior to that she was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Deutsche Bank, where she advised corporate clients on complex strategic transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
